The monthly estimate includes ₹500 off in India or AED 50 off in the UAE for each of your first 3 paid months. The 14-day trial comes first. From month 4, the standard monthly price applies.
Monthly eligibility is limited to the first 30 new paid outlets per country or the first 60 days from public launch, whichever comes first. Custom-project offers cover the first 5 agreed projects per country within 60 days. Availability is confirmed in your quote; this page does not assert a live deadline or remaining places.
India cards show the base price with “+18% GST”. The selected estimate shows the total including GST. UAE public prices include 5% VAT; the estimate separates the net amount and VAT.
These estimates assume a registered local supplier making a taxable local sale. The actual invoicing entity, registration and cross-border treatment are confirmed before invoicing. Use “Tax to confirm” in the estimate if that arrangement is pending.
Software renews at the disclosed monthly or annual base rate. Each annual term includes one free month. Annual renewal is manual by default; automatic payment requires your opt-in and a supported mandate.
Original design does not recur. For connected custom projects, care after year one is optional. Website-only hosting/care is optional from year one. No base-price increase applies during a protected or prepaid term; later changes are proposed with 30 days’ notice for monthly service or 45 days for annual service.
Monthly and yearly are the standard choices. A two-year agreement can be quoted after scope and costs are reviewed, using annual invoices and an agreed base-price lock. You do not need to pay for two years upfront.
Three- and five-year public prepayments are not offered at launch. Longer enterprise terms can be considered once service delivery and support needs are established.
Cancel monthly service before the next billing date to stop renewal; access continues to the paid period’s end. A plan change is confirmed with its timing and any price adjustment before it takes effect.
Annual payment normally covers the full term after the trial. The written agreement sets refunds and service-failure remedies, alongside mandatory rights. Custom-project cancellation is based on agreed completed work and any unearned advance. Your domain remains yours; agreed data and design handover is defined before work starts.
Domain purchase/renewal, payment-gateway fees, WhatsApp/SMS usage, delivery, hardware, translation and extra scope are separate. Domain connection and platform hosting are included in the software plans.
Website-only projects do not include a paid booking engine, ordering or CRM. Independent backend development, new server logic and hotel/PMS integrations need a scoped quote.
